JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage client accounts on employer health and welfare benefits
- Develop premium-equivalent rates and calculate IBNR/COBRA liabilities
- Perform OPEB valuations and budget projections using ProVal and Excel
- Lead and mentor staff; drive project planning, budgeting and delivery
- Up to 60% travel; Manager-level role in New York

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Experience with vendor and client management on benefits engagements
- Hands-on rate development for self-insured plans and IBNR calculations
- Eligible to work per PwC H‑1B policy (sponsorship generally not provided)
