Ten-week Life actuarial internship in Charlotte, North Carolina, within TIAA's Actuarial Development Program. Interns may support annuity and life insurance work across valuation, experience studies, asset-liability management, capital analysis, product development, and pricing. The program includes structured onboarding, speaker sessions, and cross-functional exposure.

Requirements

Must have

  • Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

Strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • At least one Society of Actuaries exam passed
  • Pursuing degree in mathematics, actuarial science or related field
  • Leadership potential
