Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Associate-level P&C actuarial analyst role (Modeling Factory / Insights & Development) based in Colorado Springs or remote-eligible across the U.S. You’ll apply complex actuarial and statistical methods to pricing, catastrophe and predictive modelling, support reserving and product analytics, and present results to stakeholders and executive leadership. Near-ACAS candidates with ~4 years of actuarial/analytical experience are sought.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Apply complex actuarial and statistical methods across pricing, reserving and catastrophe modelling
Work on the Modeling Factory and Insights & Development teams supporting business decisions
Use Python, R, SQL or SAS and BI tools for data analysis and automation
Remote-eligible in continental U.S.; local hires within 60 miles expected onsite 4 days/week
Ideal for near-ACAS actuaries with ~4 years actuarial or analytical experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Actuarial or analytical business experience
Catastrophe modelling and interpretation
GLM or GBM modelling familiarity
Model Risk Management and governance experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

4 years of actuarial or analytical business experience
No more than 2 CAS exams away from ACAS and all VEEs completed
Intermediate competency with Python, R, SQL, SAS or BI tools
Ability to independently apply complex actuarial methods and lead unit initiatives
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
