Role Summary

Senior Life actuarial role focused on ALM, asset adequacy testing, annuity product pricing, and capital (RBC) at USAA. Requires ASA or FSA with several years of actuarial experience. Based in San Antonio, TX (other US offices possible) with a hybrid schedule requiring four days per week in the office.

Key Requirements

  • ASA or FSA designation required (Associate or Fellow of SOA)
  • Minimum 4 years actuarial experience (FSA route) or 8 years (ASA route)
  • Experience in ALM, liquidity, cashflow matching and duration targeting
  • Experience with asset adequacy testing and RBC frameworks
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
