JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Analyze healthcare claims data and identify trends linked to financial results
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze projection and valuation models
  • Reconcile actuarial inputs/outputs and assist with quarterly revenue reconciliation
  • Present models to workgroups and coordinate with external actuaries
  • Fully remote role; requires 2–4 years healthcare experience and 3 exams passed

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Healthcare claims analysis
  • Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare analysis
  • CMS shared savings programs experience
  • Quarterly revenue reconciliation
  • Valuation and projection model maintenance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related field
  • 3 actuarial exams completed (minimum)
  • 2–4 years of healthcare or managed care experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and strong familiarity with SQL
  • Experience with Python or R and healthcare programs (Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare)
