JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support premium rate development for Individual and Small Group health markets
- Prepare and submit premium rate filings to state and federal regulators
- Conduct pricing analyses, experience studies and parity compliance reviews
- Use Excel and statistical languages (SAS/SQL/R preferred) for modeling
- Associate-level role requiring 2+ years actuarial or statistics experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial or statistics experience
- Individual and Small Group health pricing
- Experience preparing premium rate filings
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree required (Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science preferred)
- 2+ years of actuarial and/or statistics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Experience with SAS, SQL, or R preferred
- Must reside in NJ, NY, PA, CT, or DE
