Closer to a structured student programme than a modelling-heavy role because rotations deliberately broaden exposure across actuarial functions.

Life actuarial Associate role in Philadelphia with a hybrid schedule of three office days per week. Through a formal actuarial development program, you will rotate across pricing, product development, experience analysis, reserving, profitability, and risk work while receiving support toward SOA exams.

Requirements

Must have

  • Passage of 3+ Society of Actuaries exams

Strongly preferred

  • 2+ years of prior full-time actuarial experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Near ASA designation with intention to pursue FSA
  • Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of modeling packages, programming languages, and spreadsheet/database software

Nice to have

  • Preferred majors in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
