Requirements
Must have
- 4-6 years of P&C actuarial experience in pricing or underwriting
- Exam 5 passed
Strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, statistics or related
- Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Excel
- High agency and ownership; ability to drive projects independently
- Ability to work effectively under uncertainty and ambiguity
- Experience with complex and diverse datasets and non-standardized processes
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to present to audiences and high-profile stakeholders
- Comfort working with external clients and internal stakeholders
Nice to have
- ACAS designation
- Familiarity with ISO loss costs and/or ISO data products
- Interest or experience in generative AI tools
