Requirements

Must have

4-6 years of P&C actuarial experience in pricing or underwriting
Exam 5 passed

Strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, statistics or related
Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Excel
High agency and ownership; ability to drive projects independently
Ability to work effectively under uncertainty and ambiguity
Experience with complex and diverse datasets and non-standardized processes
Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to present to audiences and high-profile stakeholders
Comfort working with external clients and internal stakeholders

Nice to have

ACAS designation
Familiarity with ISO loss costs and/or ISO data products
Interest or experience in generative AI tools
