Closer to a modelling-focused IC than a reserving-cycle role because the scope spans pricing, reserving, risk analysis, and special projects.

Associate-level P&C actuarial role in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, supporting commercial auto, workers' compensation, general liability, and multiline insurance. You’ll work across pricing, reserving, modeling, and risk analysis while partnering with underwriting, claims, finance, and leadership. The role offers flexible remote/hybrid scheduling with occasional home-office meetings.

Requirements

Must have

  • Pass one CAS exam per year unless Associateship has already been achieved

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, or related field
  • 2 years of actuarial work experience
  • Completion of at least four actuarial exams
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Database

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of property/casualty insurance experience highly desirable
