Director-level P&C actuarial role on the Personal Lines Profitability (REPLAY) team. You’ll lead a team and perform loss and premium analytics across Personal Auto, Home, and other personal lines, producing rate indications, projecting IBNR/loss development, and delivering profitability insights to business and executive leadership. Location: Worcester, MA or remote within the US.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead Profitability Analytics (REPLAY) team for Personal Lines (Auto, Home, Other)
  • Produce semi-annual rate indications and premium trend updates
  • Project IBNR and loss development for pricing and forecasting
  • Communicate profitability insights to executive leadership and state teams
  • Remote or Worcester, MA; Director-level role with hands-on assignments
