P&C actuarial internship in South Sioux City, Nebraska, supporting commercial auto and general liability work in the trucking insurance industry. You’ll assist with pricing, reserving, profitability, forecasting, and risk analysis while learning from experienced actuarial professionals. The role is onsite and designed for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with Exam P or FM completion strongly preferred.

Requirements

Must have

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated interest in pursuing an actuarial career path

Strongly preferred

Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams (Exam P and/or FM strongly encouraged)

Nice to have

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools
