Summer 2027 P&C actuarial internship in Commercial Auto at an insurer in Long Beach, New York. Over a 12-week, onsite program, you’ll support pricing analyses, portfolio reviews, reserve monitoring, data validation, and reporting while working with underwriting and finance.

Requirements

Must have

  • Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in math, data science, statistics, or actuarial science
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Strongly preferred

  • Progressing in actuarial exams – preferably 2 exams minimum
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Intermediate or better Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
