Summer 2027 P&C actuarial internship in Commercial Auto at an insurer in Long Beach, New York. Over a 12-week, onsite program, you’ll support pricing analyses, portfolio reviews, reserve monitoring, data validation, and reporting while working with underwriting and finance.

Requirements

Must have

Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in math, data science, statistics, or actuarial science
Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Strongly preferred

Progressing in actuarial exams – preferably 2 exams minimum
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Intermediate or better Excel skills
Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
