P&C actuarial internship in Boston, Massachusetts, with Liberty Mutual’s Actuarial Development Program. Over 11 weeks, you’ll gain exposure to personal and commercial insurance across pricing, reserving, modeling, and analytics, including rate level indications and formal actuarial training.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • Pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science or related discipline
  • Desire to work across a variety of actuarial functions and environments
  • Problem solver with analytical reasoning and mathematical concepts
  • Proven leadership skills in student organization, academic project, or community service
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Naturally curious with passion for learning

Nice to have

  • Strong academic record (3.0+ cumulative GPA preferred)
  • Actuarial exam sittings or passing scores preferred
