P&C actuarial internship in Plano, Texas, with Liberty Mutual's Actuarial Development Program. Over 11 weeks, interns gain exposure to personal and commercial insurance through pricing, reserving, modeling, analytics, and rate-level indications, supported by formal training.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • Pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related discipline
  • Strong academic record (3.0 or higher cumulative GPA preferred)
  • Desire to work across a variety of actuarial functions and environments
  • Problem solver with analytical reasoning and mathematical concepts
  • Proven leadership skills in student organization, academic project, or community service
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Natural curiosity and passion for learning

Nice to have

  • Actuarial exam sittings or passing scores preferred
