JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing and forecasting for stop-loss, level-funded and large employer group business
- Build and automate data pipelines using Python and SQL from MRF and healthcare datasets
- Develop actuarial models, assumptions and support rate development and reserve analyses
- Hybrid role based in Austin, TX or Dallas, TX
- Manager/Director level role supervising and mentoring junior analysts

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Hands-on experience with Machine-Readable Files (MRF) and healthcare pricing data
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, or related field
