Senior P&C actuarial and regulatory filing role in Los Angeles, with a hybrid/in-office-preferred arrangement. You will support pricing and product development for personal auto and homeowners insurance, prepare CDI and TDI rate, rule, and form filings, and manage submissions through approval. The role partners with underwriting, product, compliance, finance, executives, and regulators.
Requirements
Must have
3–7+ years of actuarial, product management, or insurance filing experience
Direct experience preparing and managing CDI and TDI filings for personal auto and homeowners
Experience using SERFF
Familiarity with insurance statutes and regulations governing rate filings
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, data analytics, or related quantitative discipline
Strongly preferred
Progress toward actuarial credentials (CAS or ACAS) is preferred but not required
Experience with personal lines: Personal Auto, Homeowners, Dwelling Fire
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written communication for regulatory correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively with actuaries, underwriters, regulators, executives, and external consultants
