Associate-level P&C reserving role with EMPLOYERS’ workers’ compensation team, fully remote across the U.S. You’ll support quarterly and annual loss reserve analyses, financial reporting, regulatory filings, audits, and process improvements while partnering with Finance, Accounting, and Claims.
Requirements
Must have
2+ years of actuarial experience in P&C insurance
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Strongly preferred
Reserving experience
Progress toward ACAS/FCAS with four or more exams completed
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL, VBA, R, Python, or AI-enabled tools
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
Experience with ResQ or similar reserving software
