JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead projects analyzing financial impact of healthcare technologies
  • Deliver consultative analytics and executive-ready presentations
  • Work with large healthcare datasets using SAS, SQL, R, Python, Excel
  • Remote within U.S.; Minneapolis/DC hires required 4 days/week in office
  • Mentor and develop actuarial talent while serving as subject matter expert

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Actuarial experience (4+ years)
  • Consultative analytics on complex healthcare initiatives
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Experience with SAS, SQL, R or Python
  • Presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related field
  • On ASA credential track with 3+ actuarial exams passed
  • 4+ years of actuarial experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with SAS/SQL/R/Python
  • Ability to collaborate with and present to senior leaders
