  • Mentor a small team of actuarial students and lead cross-functional projects

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Healthcare actuarial experience
  • Modeling and trending benefit and utilization data
  • Developing and implementing benefit strategies and programs
  • Health care risk management and benefit operations
  • Familiarity with health plan analytics and actuarial modelling techniques

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Credentialed actuary required (ASA or FSA)
  • 5+ years of healthcare actuarial experience with leadership responsibility
  • Experience modeling and trending benefit and utilization data
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance or related field
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, SAS, SQL, and Power BI
