Strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, economics, computer science or related discipline (or equivalent combination)
In process of completing or completed ASA requirements
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and curiosity
Business sense including finance, accounting, economics, statistics, and risk management principles
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Demonstrated technology expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and coding (SQL, SAS, Alteryx)
Experience with AI tools and technologies
