You’ll develop methodologies, support pricing, reserving and predictive modelling work, build system solutions, review outputs, and present results to customers. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, and offers a $104,000–$171,000 salary range plus a 15% bonus target.

Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, economics, computer science or related discipline
  • At least four years of increasingly responsible actuarial job experience, or equivalent combination
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in office in Renton, WA)
  • Wired internet connection with minimum 5Mb upload and 10Mb download speed
  • Personal mobile device to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Strongly preferred

  • Completed requirements for Associateship in the Society of Actuaries (ASA), or in process with equivalent actuarial experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance company functions, operations, and data
  • Technology expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and coding (e.g., SQL, SAS, Alteryx)

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making
