  • Lead enterprise biometric and policyholder-behavior assumption reviews across products
  • Develop challenger models and improve assumption governance and controls
  • Work with stakeholders in Risk, Pricing, and Valuation across global markets
  • Hybrid role — 4 days in office, 1 day remote (Charlotte, Newport Beach, or Omaha)
  • Director-level role requiring FSA and 7+ years of actuarial experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Assumption setting and experience studies
  • Predictive modeling, machine learning and AI
  • Embedded Value and international reserving practices

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of actuarial experience
  • FSA or equivalent designation required
  • Expertise in assumption setting and experience study methodologies
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI
  • Ability to present complex analyses to senior management
