Senior role (Director) based in Charlotte, NC (hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 remote).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead enterprise biometric and policyholder-behavior assumption reviews across products
- Develop challenger models and improve assumption governance and controls
- Work with stakeholders in Risk, Pricing, and Valuation across global markets
- Hybrid role — 4 days in office, 1 day remote (Charlotte, Newport Beach, or Omaha)
- Director-level role requiring FSA and 7+ years of actuarial experience

- Assumption setting and experience studies
- Predictive modeling, machine learning and AI
- Embedded Value and international reserving practices
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of actuarial experience
- FSA or equivalent designation required
- Expertise in assumption setting and experience study methodologies
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI
- Ability to present complex analyses to senior management
