Director-level role based in Omaha, NE (also Newport Beach, CA or Charlotte, NC) with a hybrid on-site pattern.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead enterprise-wide review of biometric and policyholder behavior assumptions
- Develop challenger models and deliver peer review reports
- Champion assumption monitoring, experience studies, and governance
- Work on-site 4 days/week (1 day remote) in Omaha, Newport Beach, or Charlotte
- Ideal for an FSA with 7+ years and experience in predictive modelling (R/Python)

- Assumption setting and experience study methodologies
- Biometric and policyholder behavior assumptions
- Predictive modeling and machine learning
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of actuarial experience with an FSA or equivalent designation
- Expertise in assumption setting and experience study methodologies
- Strong statistical and predictive modelling experience (ML/AI)
- Ability to present complex analyses to senior management
