JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead enterprise assumption reviews for biometric and policyholder behavior assumptions
- Develop challenger models and deliver peer review reports
- Champion assumption monitoring, experience studies, and governance
- Hybrid role – 4 days in office, 1 day remote (Newport Beach, Omaha, or Charlotte)
- Director-level role requiring FSA and 7+ years of actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Assumption setting and experience studies
- Biometric and policyholder behavior analysis
- Predictive modeling and machine learning applications
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of actuarial experience with an FSA or equivalent designation
- Demonstrated expertise in assumption setting and experience study methodologies
- Experience or strong interest in predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI
- Ability to present complex analyses to senior management
