Role Summary

Senior actuarial consulting role focused on reserving for Healthcare and Surety (medical malpractice) at CNA. You’ll perform quarterly reserve reviews, provide analyses and insights to influence strategy, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, and pricing business partners. Hybrid schedule based in Chicago, Radnor, or other CNA hub offices. Suitable for experienced actuaries with ACAS or working toward FCAS.

Key Requirements

Typically 7+ years of related work experience
ACAS designation required (working toward FCAS considered)
Strong knowledge of actuarial and statistical concepts
Ability to communicate and influence at senior levels
Experience in insurance reserving preferred but not required
