Role Summary
Senior actuarial role on the Model Development and First Line Validation team at Transamerica. You will work with AXIS models across Life, Health, and Annuity lines, focusing on US GAAP implementation, model controls, experience studies, and special projects like AI adoption. This hybrid role is based in Cedar Rapids, Baltimore, Philadelphia, or Denver.
Key Requirements
- FSA (or ASA with 10 yrs) and bachelor's in actuarial science or related
- 7+ years of relevant actuarial experience (5 with master's)
- Experience with actuarial models (AXIS preferred) for Life/Health/Annuity
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Hybrid role; no relocation assistance provided
