Associate-level health analytics role supporting medical plan pricing and benefits reporting for an employer-sponsored health program. You will prepare and validate claims, eligibility, and vendor data, support pricing processes, and deliver insights to leadership. Based in Philadelphia, PA with hybrid on-site work three days per week.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Support medical plan pricing processes and data preparation
- Gather, validate, and transform claims and eligibility data
- Create reports and present insights to leadership using Power BI and Excel
- Hybrid on-site role — in-office Tuesday through Thursday in Philadelphia
- Ideal for candidates with 3–5 years in health data/HRIS systems
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Health data intelligence solutions experience
- Experience with HRIS-type systems or similar
- Knowledge of medical plan design and self-funding
- Report writing and data visualization experience with Power BI
- Claims and eligibility data familiarity
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years experience with health data intelligence solutions or HRIS-type systems
- Understanding of medical plan design and self-funding concepts
- Proficiency with Power BI and Excel for reporting and analysis
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work on-site Tuesday–Thursday at 2000 Market Street, Philadelphia
