You will prepare and validate claims, eligibility, and vendor data, support pricing processes, and deliver insights to leadership. Based in Philadelphia, PA with hybrid on-site work three days per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Gather, validate, and transform claims and eligibility data
  • Create reports and present insights to leadership using Power BI and Excel
  • Hybrid on-site role — in-office Tuesday through Thursday in Philadelphia
  • Ideal for candidates with 3–5 years in health data/HRIS systems

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Health data intelligence solutions experience
  • Experience with HRIS-type systems or similar
  • Knowledge of medical plan design and self-funding
  • Report writing and data visualization experience with Power BI
  • Claims and eligibility data familiarity

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years experience with health data intelligence solutions or HRIS-type systems
  • Understanding of medical plan design and self-funding concepts
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work on-site Tuesday–Thursday at 2000 Market Street, Philadelphia
