AVP actuarial role supporting Life & Health reinsurance clients (health insurers, MGUs, stop-loss, group life/disability) based in Portland, ME (remote considered). You’ll provide reinsurance pricing and program advice, develop actuarial/pricing models and tools, and support client ERM/ORSA activities while working closely with brokers and cross-functional teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Advise Life & Health reinsurance clients on program structure and pricing
- Develop and enhance actuarial tools for pricing, stochastic and financial modelling
- Support client ERM and ORSA stress testing and reporting
- Tech stack includes Microsoft Excel, R, Power BI and proprietary tools
- Portland, ME preferred; remote work considered for the right candidate

- Client-facing reinsurance advisory experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
