  • Lead pricing and structuring for health reinsurance (ACO, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
  • Develop and run pricing models for profit testing, economic capital and embedded value
  • Manage and mentor actuarial associates in the Health Solutions pricing unit
  • Client- and stakeholder-facing: participate in underwriting meetings and marketing
  • Orlando-based role; ~15% overnight travel; compensation base+bonus ($180,400–$244,100)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Value Based Care / Accountable Care Organizations
  • Medicare Advantage pricing
  • Commercial health pricing

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required
  • Minimum of 6 years of actuarial experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
  • Direct experience with Value Based Care / Accountable Care Organizations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong written/verbal communication
