JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Own reserving and loss analytics for the Programs book across Auto, GL, Property and WC
  • Lead reserving projects and drive improvements across the Reserving & Loss Analytics team
  • Partner closely with underwriting, pricing, claims and finance to identify emerging trends
  • Use SQL, Power BI and Python to deliver data-driven reserving insights
  • Senior role (AVP) requiring proven people leadership and executive-level presentation skills

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • P&C reserving
  • Programs book loss analytics (Auto, GL, Prop, WC)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of progressive P&C actuarial experience
  • 5+ years of experience within a reserving function
  • Associate or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS or FCAS)
  • Proven experience leading and developing actuarial teams
  • Expert Excel and SQL; Power BI, Snowflake and Python preferred
