  • Lead Business Insurance Actuarial Product CMP and BOP 2.0 product development
  • Manage a team of ~18 responsible for rate adequacy, implementation and monitoring
  • Own rate plan management and post-implementation performance monitoring
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, Underwriting, Regulatory and implementation teams
  • Enterprise-facing role with strategy, change and senior leadership communication

  • small commercial actuarial/analytics

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate actuarial credential required
  • 10+ years of comprehensive quantitative analysis experience
  • Demonstrated organizational leadership and people management experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategy
  • Strong actuarial and statistical analysis skills
