Senior BI Product Manager supporting P&C Claims and Actuarial at Ascot's U.S. Insurance unit in Iselin, NJ. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Power BI products, work with Data Engineering (Azure/Databricks), and drive stakeholder adoption and data quality. Individual contributor role requiring 7+ years in BI or data product roles, preferably in P&C insurance.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own end-to-end BI products for U.S. Claims & Actuarial
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Partner with Data Engineering (Azure, Databricks) on data readiness
- Hybrid role based in Iselin, NJ supporting US Claims and Actuarial
- Requires 7+ years in BI/Analytics or Data Product roles, preferably P&C
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Experience with Claims and/or Actuarial data and stakeholders
- 7+ years in BI, Analytics, or Data Product roles
- Power BI dashboard development and maintenance
- Familiarity with Azure and Databricks platforms
- Strong understanding of data quality and lineage
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required (relevant experience may substitute)
- 7+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Product roles
- Experience with Claims and/or Actuarial data and stakeholders
- Hands-on Power BI development experience
- Familiarity with Azure and Databricks and data quality concepts
