Executive Retirement actuarial role in Columbus, Ohio, supporting a large public pension system. Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director and CFO, the Chief Actuary oversees pension and retiree health valuations, funding strategy, and enterprise risk management, while advising management and the State Teachers Retirement Board.
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, or business administration
- FSA and MAAA designations
- 6-10 years of actuarial experience in consulting or pension organization
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with pension actuarial software (e.g., Proval)
