JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead pricing, reserving and advanced analytics for a P&C operating unit
  • C-suite role reporting to the BNP President; lead a small actuarial team
  • Drive ratemaking, reserve estimates and stochastic simulation work
  • Hybrid schedule — 4 days in office, 1 day remote (Meridian, ID)
  • Required: FCAS and proven actuarial leadership experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • P&C pricing and ratemaking
  • loss and expense reserving estimates
  • advanced analytics and stochastic simulation
  • enterprise risk management participation
  • leading actuarial team operations

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) required
  • Proven success managing and developing actuarial teams
  • Experience leading pricing, ratemaking and reserve setting
  • Proficiency with SAS, R, Python and basic SQL
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
