Reporting to the Global Chief Actuary, this FCAS-level executive will define global pricing strategy, modernize capabilities with AI/ML, and partner with underwriting and executive leadership to drive profitable growth. Based in Warren, NJ or New York, NY.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead global pricing strategy for Everest's wholesale & specialty books
  • Drive AI/ML adoption and modernize pricing platforms and tools
  • Partner with underwriting, finance, and executive leadership
  • Oversee pricing models, governance, and return-on-capital frameworks
  • Build and develop a high-performing global pricing & analytics team

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Specialty insurance pricing
  • Wholesale insurance or reinsurance leadership
  • Exposure-based and catastrophe risk pricing
  • Return-on-capital frameworks
  • AI/ML implementation in insurance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • FCAS designation required
  • 15+ years actuarial pricing and leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in specialty/wholesale insurance or reinsurance
  • Proven track record leading large-scale pricing organizations
  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, R, and cloud analytics
