Closer to a transformation-build role than a pure pricing partner—the mandate is to modernize the global function and create new analytical infrastructure.

Executive P&C pricing leadership role in Warren, NJ, covering Everest’s global wholesale, specialty, insurance, and facultative businesses. The FCAS-level leader will set global pricing strategy, modernize underwriting decision science, oversee AI-enabled models and governance, and partner with underwriting, finance, risk, technology, and executives to drive profitable growth.

Requirements

Must have

  • FCAS designation
  • Minimum 15 years of actuarial pricing and leadership experience

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's in actuarial science, math, statistics, data science, economics, engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record leading large-scale actuarial, analytics, or pricing organizations
  • Experience in specialty insurance, wholesale insurance, reinsurance, or facultative markets
  • Demonstrated experience leading global teams and complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, R, and cloud-based analytical environments
  • Experience implementing AI, machine learning, and advanced analytical solutions in insurance
  • Deep expertise in exposure-based and catastrophe risk pricing
  • Deep expertise in stochastic techniques, risk segmentation, predictive modeling, and pricing methodologies
  • Strong understanding of return-on-capital frameworks and capital allocation principles
  • Ability to influence business strategy and drive enterprise-wide change at executive levels
  • Strong commercial acumen in specialty and wholesale insurance business models
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project and change management capabilities
