Closer to a structured student programme than a modelling-heavy IC role, because mentoring, networking, executive exposure, and a defined intern project are central.

P&C actuarial internship in Federal Crop Insurance with AgriSompo North America in Lenexa, Kansas. During a 10-week summer program, you'll support pricing, research, predictive modelling, reserve analysis, and reporting while working with experienced actuaries and business partners. The role is primarily office-based and includes approximately 25% travel.

Requirements

Must have

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with minimum GPA of 3.3
  • Passed and/or sitting for at least one CAS exam
  • Authorized to work in the United States without restriction

Strongly preferred

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
