Role Summary

A senior Director & Actuary role on The Hartford's Workers' Compensation pricing team, supporting a $3B book across Small Business and Middle & Large Commercial segments. You will lead the development and enhancement of pricing methodologies and tools, collaborate with product and underwriting partners, and drive profitable growth. The role is hybrid in Hartford, Chicago, or Charlotte, or remote with occasional travel for non-local candidates.

Key Requirements

  • FCAS preferred but not required
  • 5+ years of actuarial experience with proven success
  • Strong technical/analytical skills; high Excel proficiency
  • Prior Workers' Comp experience a plus, not required
  • Leadership capabilities and teamwork skills
