Must have
Bachelor's degree in mathematics or business
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Strongly preferred
8-10 years of actuarial experience
FSA designation or near-FSA/ASA actively pursuing FSA
Experience leading projects and supervising work of others
Strong mathematical ability, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to non-technical audiences
Insurance industry knowledge, preferably in individual life and annuities
Ability to identify and direct analysis and provide recommendations
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple projects
