Director-level P&C actuarial pricing role in New York supporting Arch’s P&C Programs Insurance Business Unit. You’ll lead actuaries, evaluate portfolio profitability, monitor pricing and underwriting mix, build pricing tools, and partner with underwriting and strategic analytics. The role requires ACAS or FCAS, 6+ years of experience, and strong Python, SQL, or VBA skills.
Requirements
Must have
- ACAS or FCAS designation
- 6+ years of relevant experience in actuarial and quantitative analysis
Strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers in underwriting, products, reinsurance, claims, and financials
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, VBA
- Leadership and management experience, ability to influence business outcomes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
