Director-level actuarial pricing role on Prudential's Group Insurance Association team in Newark, NJ. Lead pricing, product development, state filing and experience studies for association and non-employer group products (group life, GVUL, LTC, disability, stop-loss). Own the GGY AXIS model, provide technical guidance on assumptions, reserves and capital, and collaborate across sales, underwriting, product and finance.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Own and maintain GGY AXIS model for Group Life Insurance
  • Prepare actuarial memoranda and support state filings for non-employer groups
  • Drive experience studies, assumption setting and pricing strategy
  • Hybrid/virtual work arrangement with on-site presence as required

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative and analytical skills
