- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 5-10 years of P&C actuarial experience
- Significant reserving experience
- ACAS designation
- Strong knowledge of reserving methodologies and actuarial standards
- Experience communicating actuarial analyses to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with actuarial software, SQL, Python, or related tools
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities

- FCAS designation
