Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Director-level P&C reserving role focused on workers' compensation. You will lead the reserving team, oversee quarterly loss and LAE reserve analyses, set assumptions and diagnostics, and present results to senior leadership. Based in Alpharetta, GA with a hybrid schedule (up to 2 days WFH).

Select and defend actuarial assumptions and loss development diagnostics
Prepare reserve data for external financial reporting to Finance
Present findings and visuals to Senior Leadership and represent company externally
Hybrid role – up to 2 days work from home (Alpharetta, GA)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Workers compensation reserving
Quarterly loss and LAE reserve analysis
Loss development patterns and reserve diagnostics
Preparing reserve data for external financial reporting

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Associate (ACAS) or Fellow (FCAS) of the Casualty Actuarial Society required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant FCAS actuarial experience
Experience managing and directing a reserving team
Strong Excel and MS-SQL skills (MS-Access familiarity)
