Director-level P&C actuarial role focused on pricing and program oversight for third-party programs. You will lead pricing strategy, price monitoring, reinsurance placement, and governance across multi-line program portfolios. Senior role reporting to the VP, Reserving, based in Bedminster, NJ (other US office locations possible).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial pricing for third-party program portfolios across P&C lines
- Design and maintain price monitoring and governance frameworks
- Inform underwriting, reinsurance placement, and capital/CAT views
- Work cross-functionally with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and Reinsurance
- Use Excel and SQL; R or Python experience desirable

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, or related field
- FCAS or ACAS required with robust pricing leadership experience
- 10+ years of actuarial experience with broad pricing exposure; casualty required
- Experience operating with limited experience data
- Proficiency with Excel and SQL; R or Python experience a plus
