You’ll support research, data gathering, light analysis, and a defined summer project while learning about healthcare, business operations, and professional work environments. The program includes mentors, manager feedback, workshops, and networking with company leaders.

Requirements

Must have

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; rising junior
Graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
Available for the full duration of the paid summer program
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available

Strongly preferred

Interest in a career in Actuarial Science
Strong analytical skills
Practical, developed technical skills, especially Excel and VBA
Demonstrated interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general comfort with virtual collaboration tools
