HIGHLIGHTS

Internship in Retirement within WTW's Actuarial Delivery Group (National Processing Group) in Memphis (hybrid). You will assist with pension valuations, benefit calculations, data reconciliations, government reporting and special projects for DB, DC and post-retirement welfare plans. The role is for students graduating Dec 2026–Jun 2027 and requires US work authorization; actuarial exam candidature is not supported for this team.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Internship supporting pension valuation and reporting for DB and DC plans
  • Perform pension benefit calculations and data reconciliations using Excel
  • Participate in a structured intern training program for ADG colleagues
  • Hybrid role aligned with WTW Work Flex (Memphis: fully remote/hybrid)
  • Not eligible for actuarial exam program; candidates should not plan to sit exams

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Progress toward a quantitative degree (Actuarial Science, Math, Econ, Stats)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to perform data analysis and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with pension plan concepts (valuation or benefit calculation) is helpful

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Progress toward a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Authorized to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
