Director-level P&C pricing role in Boston for AXA XL’s Americas wholesale E&S portfolio, including Energy Liability. You’ll lead technical pricing, portfolio management, underwriting decision support, and a multi-location actuarial team while influencing business planning and senior leadership decisions.

Requirements

Must have

  • Extensive experience in non-life insurance pricing

Strongly preferred

  • ACAS or FCAS qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related field
  • Leadership skills to work collaboratively to build consensus
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of credentialed and non-credentialed actuaries across multiple locations
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills to gain buy-in
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Solution-oriented creativity to leverage data for pricing and new product development
  • Outstanding ability to think strategically
