Senior Manager Health actuarial consulting role in Deloitte’s Insights, Innovation & Operate Offering, based in Portland, Oregon. You’ll advise payers, providers, health systems, and health plans on pricing, product design, reimbursement, value-based care, predictive analysis, and financial performance while leading teams and presenting to senior stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years of health actuarial experience, ASA/FSA-level credentials, and approximately 50% travel.

Must have

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50%, on average

Strongly preferred

8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, M&A, or health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
