Senior Health Actuary consulting leadership role in Deloitte’s Miami-based Human Capital practice. You’ll advise payers, providers, health systems, and insurers on pricing, product strategy, value-based care, predictive modelling, and financial performance while leading teams and presenting to executives. The role requires 10+ years of health actuarial experience and ASA/FSA-level credentials, with 50% travel.

Must have

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50% on average

Strongly preferred

8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, M&A, or health care reform
