Senior-manager-level Health actuarial consulting role in Deloitte’s Human Capital Insights, Innovation & Operate practice, based in Richmond, Virginia. You’ll advise payer and provider clients on product and pricing, plan design, reimbursement and value-based care, using actuarial analysis to support strategic decisions. The role also leads consulting teams and requires 10+ years of health actuarial experience plus ASA/FSA-level credentials.

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50%, on average

Strongly preferred

8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, M&A, or health care reform
